Heather’s love for the outdoors started at a young age trail riding through the sage brush near her childhood home in Eastern Washington. She has an appreciation of all wildlife which started at a young age when she would follow red tail hawks or try to capture small lizards. Heather received her bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Science from Washington State University. She has since been traveling the country working with different wildlife; Sage-Grouse in Montana, Eastern Wild Turkeys in Missouri and White-tail deer in Southern Texas. She has finally arrived in Eastern Montana, where she has wanted to be since the first time she traveled through the state in 2014. In her spare time Heather enjoys hiking, trail riding and archery. She is looking forward to working with the land owners to help conserve the beauty that is Eastern Montana.
